Sands of Time Appraisals closely monitors shifts in the marketplace through in-depth research and trend analysis. Because every client and situation is unique, our services are tailored to meet your specific needs, including virtual consultations, appraisals based on photographs, and the use of state-of-the-art software tools. From the initial review to the final report, our focus is on delivering accurate and timely service.

Appraisal fees are based on the time required to complete the assignment, as well as any associated travel and expenses. We charge a flat hourly rate and determine values using recognized methodology, objective research, and data analysis. Our fees are never based on a percentage of the appraised value.
