shown recumbent, the head raised, the forepaws extended and long tail outstretched, the back curves downward, the head with incised detail, original gold wire fed through two drill holes on the body to form an attachment loop above. 

Condition: Intact and in excellent condition overall, with heavy mineral deposits remaining, a small break to the gold loop across the back of the lion.
