An almond-shaped left eye, the white glass sclera hand polished to a soft sheen and flattened at the center to accept a black pupil inlay, usually carved from obsidian.

Dimensions: Length: 2 3/8 inches (6.1 cm)

Condition: A number of expected minor edge chips and small loss to the corner, the polished exterior with scattered deposits, otherwise intact and in very good condition overall. 

Provenance: John N. Winnie, Jr. private collection, Georgia, 1980s-90s, private Connecticut collection, thence a private NYC collection.
