A fine Egyptian Faience Necklace, Late Period, ca. 664 - 332 BC

Originally from Deir el-Bahri, a double strand of small, fine blue-green faience beads strung as a necklace and terminated with vintage ring closure.

Dimensions:  Length:  18.5 inches (47 cm)

Condition: The necklace is intact and in very good condition overall.  A lovely, delicate piece.

Provenance:  Private collection of Rose Henke, St Louis, MO acquired from Susette Khayat in 1964 and then by descent.  This object is accompanied by purchase records from Susette Khayat.
